Terms of Service

Last updated: May 19, 2026 · Effective immediately

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Sojourner7 Creator Dashboard ("the Application"), a creator productivity tool operated by Richard Brown ("Operator"). The Application enables connected creators to draft, schedule, publish, and analyze short-form content across the social platforms to which they have authenticated via OAuth.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Scope of Service

The Application provides scheduling, publishing, and analytics functionality for creators across supported platforms. Each connected account is governed by the credentials the user supplies via OAuth. Reviewers from Meta, TikTok, Google, or other platforms may be granted access for the purpose of conducting app-review or compliance audits.

3. Connected Platforms

The Application connects via OAuth to third-party platforms including Instagram (Meta), Facebook (Meta), TikTok, YouTube (Google), and Shopify. Use of those platforms is governed by their own respective terms of service and developer policies. The Operator complies with each platform's developer policies. Specifically:

4. Content and Conduct

All content scheduled, posted, or managed through the Application must be content the connected user owns or otherwise has the right to publish. The Application is not used to violate any platform's community standards, terms of service, or applicable law. The connected user is responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content they publish.

5. Data Handling

The Application stores OAuth tokens and operational data in a Postgres database on Operator-controlled hardware, with all tokens encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. No data is shared with third parties beyond the connected platforms to which the data is posted. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, branding, and content of the Application are owned by the Operator. Third-party libraries and APIs are used under their respective licenses.

7. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator accepts all risk associated with its operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Application.

9. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at https://legal.s0j0urner7.com/terms.
